Shipping policy

 Custom Sock Designs  

 - We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all custom design orders of 60+ pairs. 

*Important - All orders will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which SHOULD cover all import duties and taxes however we cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged any customs, taxes or duties on ALL orders shipped to outside the UK, This will depend on the customs and import regulations of the receiving country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it destination country. These charges must be paid by the RECIPIENT of the parcel. 

Orders will be sent via standard international shipping.

- All UK based orders under 60 pairs - £8.95. 

- Orders under 60 pairs outside the UK - Prices may vary. 

Once your custom design order has been placed standard turnaround time and delivery is aimed around 4-6 weeks.

All custom orders within the UK will be shipped via Strid3 Athletic HQ in order to conduct a quality control check before being shipped to you. This is to ensure the highest of standards are met before we are happy enough for you to receive your goods. There is no extra cost to you however this will delay the journey by 1 day. Excellence takes time but its worth waiting for! 

All custom orders outside of the UK will be shipped directly to you (to keep shipping times to a minimum). 

All custom sock orders are shipped via international recognised couriers such as: DHL, UPS or FEDEX for example. We maybe able to push an order through quicker for an additional charge, however this will be on the discretion of the supplier and no guarantee will be offered. Please make this request known as soon as possible in the process and we will do our best to help you achieve this. 

Strid3 Athletic Collections and Licence Collection Orders 

Delivery for our Strid3 Athletic designs and licensed sock collections is 5 - 7 working days for United Kingdom customers, and 7 - 10 working days for international customers.

Tracking your order

Delivery Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you'll receive a link to a tracking page. This page will allow you to monitor the status of your package as it makes it's way to you.
